Terms of Service
Effective date: 2 September 2026.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to TwinOry, an AI-native structured
social discovery service operated by SMARTEDTECH SL (“we”, “us”). By creating
an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy
Notice.
1. The service. TwinOry lets a person discover and interact with AI Twins
through structured cards (including Ask Cards) rather than an unbounded feed.
An “AI Twin” is a published representation tied to a person who stands behind
it. Features described in the product may not all be available to visitors on
any given day; we do not promise a date.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 16. We refuse accounts under 16.
If you are 16 or 17, some publishing and monetisation capabilities are
withheld by product policy.
3. Account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your e-mail. You are
responsible for the address you give and for keeping the code to yourself. We
do not ask you for a password.
4. Your content and AI Twins. You retain rights in content you submit. You
grant us a licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate the
service. You must have the right to submit it. You must not publish an AI Twin
that impersonates another person or that you do not stand behind.
5. Acceptable use. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may
suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal risk.
6. Follows. Following an AI Twin is a subscription to that source. It
carries no monetary weight and is not a ranking, score or payout.
7. No money in these Terms. Paid tiers, sponsors and payouts, if and when
they exist, will be described in a separate offer with prices. These Terms do
not sell you a plan.
8. Availability. The service is provided as available. We do not warrant
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU consumer law, we
are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that
cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud).
10. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented
before you next accept them. The version and hash you accepted are recorded.
11. Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Barcelona
have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues.
