TwinOry Service Specific Terms
1. Scope
1.1 These terms set out the service-specific rules for TwinOry. They form part of the Member Account Terms (ACC-01) and prevail over ACC-01 in the event of conflict on the subjects below.
1.2 The service consists of: (a) a Twin editor in which the owner configures published fields, audience, topics, Never-Do rules and private memory; (b) a publication step with preview; (c) structured social discovery (search and browsing of published Twins, follows); (d) Ask Cards; (e) Settings with per-purpose controls.
2. Owner publication and private boundaries
2.1 The owner stands behind the published Twin and holds the rights in its content and persona (TWN-01).
2.2 Only the fields the owner selected are published, only to the audience the owner selected, and only after the owner's explicit publication action following a preview that shows exactly what will be visible.
2.3 Never-Do rules, private memory and protected identity settings are Private Rules under PUB-02 clause 4. They are not public, not searchable, not indexed and not disclosed by the Twin.
2.4 Publication of a Twin does not expose a third person's messages, images or data, and does not expose any content of another tenant. The Twin editor rejects publication of a field that the owner marks as containing a third person's data without that person's recorded permission.
3. Age and human control
3.1 Minimum age is 16 (ACC-01 clause 3). Members aged 16 or 17 may not monetise a Twin, may not enter a paid plan, and publish only after the additional publication review. The age gate is enforced by the platform and cannot be changed by the member.
3.2 A Twin identifies itself as AI, never starts first, cannot make binding decisions and does not solicit messages outside the owner's selected audience (ACC-02).
4. Follows and notifications
4.1 Follows have no monetary weight and create no ranking advantage that is paid for.
4.2 Notifications are off by default; the member enables each notification type in Settings.
5. Discovery ordering
5.1 Listings are ordered by the main parameters stated on the listings page (for example relevance to the search, distance, availability, response time, verification status and user ratings). Paid placement, where offered, is labelled "Sponsored" and does not alter the stated organic parameters.
5.2 Each listing states whether the provider is a trader (business) or a private individual, so that you know whether consumer protection rules apply to the supply.
5.3 For providers, the ranking parameters, the effect of paid placement and the differentiated treatment of the Operator's own services (if any) are set out in the provider terms in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.
5.4 Reviews are published only after a verified outcome (completed order or booking) and are not edited for content; the Operator may remove reviews that breach C10.
5.5 On TwinOry the main discovery parameters are: relevance of published fields to the search, recency of publication, and the owner's selected audience. No paid placement is offered in discovery; follows do not affect ordering.
6. Paid plans, sponsorship and payouts
6.1 Paid plans (Standard, Premium, VIP) are offered only when the price page shows a price and the order flow is enabled (registry flag paid_plans.enabled); their terms are CUS-01 and CUS-02.
6.2 Sponsorship and payouts to members are not offered. Any future offer requires a priced order, a separate schedule and the member's separate acceptance.
7. Features not in force
7.1 Echo (schedule SEC-02, flag echo.enabled), Arena (schedule SEC-03, flag arena.enabled) and digital legacy release (LEG-01, flag legacy.enabled) are not in force. Their schedules are published in the archive for information and become binding only when the Operator enables the flag, gives the notice required by ACC-01 clause 13 and, where the schedule changes a member's obligations, records the member's separate acceptance.
7.2 Nothing in these terms, and no action in the current product, releases a deceased member's content to anyone (TWN-01 clause 4).
8. Versions and locales
8.1 The platform hashes the exact displayed body of each document and records the hash in each acceptance event. The English text is the master; the Spanish text is a separate registry entry with its own hash, produced by the Operator and checked before deployment.
8.2 Accepted versions remain available to the member at /legal/service-terms/v/.
Platform-specific terms
Persona, voice and likeness
1. You grant the Operator permission to create, store and operate a digital representation of you (text, voice, appearance) only to the extent you enable in settings. You may limit the audience, the topics and the actions of the representation, and the representation is labelled as AI in every interaction.
2. The representation does not act for you in legal, financial or medical matters and cannot enter contracts on your behalf unless a separate recorded delegation exists.
3. You may withdraw permission at any time; the representation is deactivated immediately and its training material is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal hold.
4. Professional representations state the professional's name, registration and a disclaimer that AI responses are not the professional's advice unless the professional has reviewed them.

AI services: disclosure, limitations and human escalation
1. Disclosure. Where you interact with an AI system (chat, voice, agent, digital twin or generated content), the Operator tells you so at the start of the interaction and labels AI-generated or AI-manipulated content in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. A voice or persona representing a real person is used only with that person's recorded permission.
2. Nature of outputs. AI outputs are generated from models and data that can be incomplete or wrong. They are information and assistance, not professional advice, and not a decision of the Operator. You remain responsible for decisions you take on the basis of an output. Where a decision has legal, financial, medical, educational or safety effect, the service routes it to a human reviewer or to you for decision, and the Operator does not make that decision automatically.
3. Human escalation. You may at any time request a human review of an AI interaction through «contacts.support.address» or the in-product escalation control; the Operator responds within 5 business days (consumer) or within the SLA (business).
4. Permitted use. You will not use AI features to impersonate a person without permission, to generate unlawful content, to circumvent safety controls, or to extract or reverse-engineer models. The Operator may suspend AI features for breach.
5. Recording and model use. Recordings, transcripts and uploads are used to provide the service to you. They are used to improve models only with your separate permission (purpose research_contribution), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the service.

Minors and guardians
1. The platform may be used by persons under 18 only where the specific service states so. In Spain, a person aged 14 or over may give their own consent to the processing of their personal data; for persons under 14, the holder of parental authority or guardianship must give consent and accept the terms. In the UK the corresponding age is 13.
2. The guardian's identity and capacity are verified before the minor's account is activated. The guardian may access, correct and delete the minor's data, and may close the account at any time.
3. Educators and other adults in contact with minors through the platform are vetted in accordance with the platform's safeguarding policy, and communications with minors are logged and may be reviewed. Recording of minors is permitted only with guardian consent.
4. Payment for a minor's service is made by the guardian; the minor's account cannot incur charges.
